Small Group Personal Training

Enjoy a 6-person, 45-minute group sessions focused on weight-based strength training, accessory work, and occasional HIIT finishers! Perfect for muscle growth, fat loss, and fitness, these classes cater to all experience levels.

HIIT / Conditioning Classes

We have 3 HIIT Conditioning classes, SWEAT, Hybrid and Functional Fitness. All are 45-minutes, have a maximum of 8 particpants and a real cardio blast. All have their own format and flavour and are perfect for a calorie-burning, fitness-boosting session! Short rest periods keep your heart rate elevated for maximum results.
