Hybrid HIIT

These 45-minute, 10-person classes combine weighted floor work and bike cardio for a calorie-burning, fitness-boosting session! Short rest periods keep your heart rate elevated for maximum results. 7+ classes offered, 7 days a week!

Functional Fitness

Join our 45-minute, 5-person functional fitness class combining strength training and cardio to challenge your endurance. Rotate through exercises targeting multiple muscle groups under fatigue.
