HIIT / Conditioning Classes
We have 3 HIIT Conditioning classes, SWEAT, Hybrid and Functional Fitness. All are 45-minutes, have a maximum of 8 particpants and a real cardio blast. All have their own format and flavour and are perfect for a calorie-burning, fitness-boosting session! Short rest periods keep your heart rate elevated for maximum results.
