A great PT studio - just what Balham needed. I have been doing 1:1 PT with Will for the last 4-5 months and have been super surprised by the results, feeling fitter and looking better. Will is great at setting realistic but challenging goals and building your confidence to make working out a more enjoyable experience. I’m so glad Will matched me with Scarlet - she is super knowledgeable but not at all intense, and the sessions fly by even when they are difficult. Scarlet coaches in a way that is reassuring and understanding, factoring in life challenges whilst still supporting and encouraging my progress. I’ve trained twice a week in the lead up to a recent IVF round, with adaptations as needed to support my anxiety and physical needs and I’m excited to move into my (long awaited!) pregnancy with Scarlet’s support and pre and post-natal knowledge.

With 3 sessions a week, the results have been fantastic — each session was tailored, varied, and genuinely fun. Will’s a top bloke too. The studio has a super intimate, focused feel; it’s never too busy, which makes a big difference. He doesn’t miss a trick when it comes to technique too — always correcting even the tiniest details to make sure you’re pushing yourself properly. It’s a smart, well-run programme in a great space — one I’d recommend again and again.
