With over 8 years in health and fitness, Liv brings her love of strength training and fat loss to every session. Her background in athletics and equestrian sports means she knows what it takes to stay disciplined while keeping things realistic.
She’s passionate about helping busy clients get results efficiently, feel confident in their training, and leave each session stronger and more capable than when they arrived. .

Anton has over 10 years of experience and a reputation for high-energy, intensity-driven training. He thrives on helping clients push themselves, build strength, and see real change.
His conditioning classes are intense and rewarding, and every session is designed to make busy clients feel strong, capable, and energised.

With 6+ years’ experience, Scarlet specialises in helping mums regain strength, confidence, and energy after pregnancy.
She combines her sports and dance background with a supportive, tailored approach, creating workouts that are safe, effective, and designed to help you feel strong, capable, and proud of your progress.

With a Master’s in Strength & Conditioning and 7+ years in the industry, Matt specialises in rehab and strength training. His evidence-based, personalised approach helps clients train safely, build strength, and see real results, leaving them stronger, more confident, and capable in their everyday lives.

With 10+ years in fitness, Aaron specialises in strength, conditioning, and body composition. His sessions are energetic, focused, and tailored to each client, helping busy people achieve visible results, feel strong in their bodies, and build lasting confidence in the gym and beyond.

Since 2019, Niamh has specialised in Women’s Health, Strength, and Injury Prevention. She’s passionate about helping women and clients with long-term health conditions feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies, with tailored sessions designed for real, lasting results and improved wellbeing.

With 9 years’ experience and a degree in Strength & Conditioning, George specialises in fat loss, muscle building, and strength training. His science-backed approach helps clients build lasting habits and achieve real results, with every session focused on fundamentals, confidence, and progress.

You can cancel a session through the booking system on our website. Please note, we have a non-refundable 12hour cancellation period.
Fitnessworks is located at 38 Balham Hill, SW12 9EL. A short, 2-minute walk from Clapham South station and a 5-minute walk from Balham station.
While we don’t have onsite parking, the roads just behind the facility are permit holder only zones from 10:30-11:30am.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session.
We recommend you bring a water bottle and some cycle cleats if you wear them!
We will supply you with a hand towel for each class.
