Once I had made the decision to use a personal trainer I checked out the various options and bio’s at the gym. Will’s stood out clearly from the others as he had the nutritional background and qualifications which is an essential component for success in the gym. That, and he clearly practiced what he preached which also gave me confidence he could train me from his experience and not just a book/course. We sat down and went through my goals, targets and timeframes in detail, and he designed a programme around everything we discussed. Delighted to say he delivered, and I think the results speak for themselves. I’ve continued to work with Will and would certainly advocate working with him to achieve your health and fitness goals!
