Functional Fitness
Join our high-energy Functional Fitness class, limited to 5 participants, designed to challenge your strength and endurance. This group session focuses on full-body movements that enhance everyday performance, combining strength training and cardio.
45-minute class centred on strength endurance and anaerobic exercise.
Work collaboratively with your team, rotating through dynamic exercises targeting multiple muscle groups under fatigue.
Led by 8 diverse coaches, each with their unique coaching styles.

We have both upfront payment packs (costs more but allows more flexible booking) and rolling monthly memberships (cheaper but billed monthly and held into commitment).

All packs have a 90-day expiry period. This can only be extended if there are extenuating circumstances.
Packs are not limited by month. Sessions can roll over within your 3-month expiry period.
All memberships have a 3-month full commitment period before you can pause or cancel.
A pro-rated payment will be taken for the remainder of the month you're in, then your 3-month commitment will start.
Sessions DO NOT roll over month to month.
A 30 day pause is permitted OUTSIDE of the initial 3-month commitment.
All memberships can book classes 30-days in advance.
Yes. If you are more than 5 minutes late, according to the clock in the studio, your spot will go to the first person on the waitlist if they decided to attend the class.
No, sorry! We do not supply any sweat towels so please bring your own.
No, we do not have any showers available for member use.
