Join our Small Group Personal Training sessions, featuring 6 participants in 45-minute classes primarily focused on weight-based strength training, accessory work, and occasionally a HIIT finisher!

These sessions cater to various goals, including muscle growth, fat loss, and overall fitness improvement. Designed for all activity and experience levels, we ensure everyone can benefit!

  • 45-minute class with an emphasis on strength training and HIIT.

  • Continually periodised programme so you’re always progressing.

  • Led by 7 different coaches, each bringing their unique approach.

  • Choose from flexible packs or monthly commitments.

  • And the best part? It’s nearly a quarter of the price of a 1:1 personal training session!

Hybrid HIIT

Experience our Hybrid HIIT classes—45-minute sessions with up to 8 participants, perfect for those looking to improve fitness, burn calories, and push their limits! Expect a mix of weighted floor work and bike cardio.

  • Short rest periods keep your heart rate elevated throughout the workout!

  • Ideal for building aerobic and anaerobic fitness while burning calories—up to 600 calories per session!

  • 10-person class fosters a supportive community atmosphere.

  • 50% weighted strength training and 50% bike cardio work.

  • Led by six motivating coaches to help you reach your maximum potential.

  • Flexible packs or monthly commitments available.

Functional Fitness

Join our high-energy Functional Fitness class, limited to 5 participants, designed to challenge your strength and endurance. This group session focuses on full-body movements that enhance everyday performance, combining strength training and cardio.

  • 45-minute class centred on strength endurance and anaerobic exercise.

  • Work collaboratively with your team, rotating through dynamic exercises targeting multiple muscle groups under fatigue.

  • Led by six diverse coaches, each with their unique coaching styles.

  • Choose from flexible packs or monthly commitments.
